She's played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless, a role she has played from 2011 to 2021, and Harris Conner-Healy on the 10th season of the sitcom for families Roseanne along with its spin-off continuation The Conners. Kenney was an New York City native born in the fall of 1999. The parents of her are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, and Kevin Kenney, a sports writer, who previously wrote for the New York Post and now is employed by Fox Sports. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless costar. Kenney is 19 years old and was born in Manhattan. The Showtime TV hit Shameless she is Debbie's teenage daughter.
