Amal Clooney
Amal Alamuddin Clooney was conceived in Beirut, Lebanon. Her name was changed to the Arabic name'ml-amal, meaning "hope". Her family left Lebanon when she was two years old during the Lebanese Civil War, and was settled in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. Ramzi Alamuddin is a Lebanese Druze who comes from Baakline the village of Baakline, which lies in the Chouf District of the Alam al-Din Dynasty. He graduated with an MBA at the American University of Beirut. Then he returned to Lebanon in the year 1991, following the close of the civil war. Her mother, Baria (nee Miknass), was born to a family of Sunni Muslims in Tripoli in Northern Lebanon,[14][11] and a Palestinian-Jordanian[15] mother. Her title was foreign editor of al-Hayat the Saudi-owned newspaper. She established the public relations company International Communication Experts. This firm is part of an even larger firm that specialises in the booking of celebrities as well as publicity photos and event promotions. 17. Amal is the youngest of three children: one sister (Tala) and two half-brothers who were part of her father's marriage to his first wife. Amal was educated at Dr Challoner's High School in Little Chalfont Buckinghamshire before going to university. She then attended St Hugh's College at Oxford where, among other things she received the Shrigley Award and an exhibition grant. [19][20] She graduated with her BA of Arts (BA) degree in the field of jurisprudence in. She then entered New York University School of Law in order to earn an Master of Laws degree (LL.M). She was awarded the Jack J. Katz Memorial Award to recognize excellence in entertainment law.While at NYU she worked for one period in the office Sonia Sotomayor, then a judge in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and NYU Law faculty members.
